What can I personalize?
Names, initials, and bridal wording are available on selected designs. Use the product page to confirm the personalization offered for your bag before entering your details.
How do I enter my personalization?
Choose your bag and design, select an available color and size, then enter your wording exactly as it should appear. Check spelling, capitalization, spacing, and any year before adding the bag to your cart.
How do Bold Monogram, Signature Stripe, and Mrs. designs differ?
Bold Monogram turns your initials into oversized geometric artwork, with name personalization on the tote. Signature Stripe uses first, middle, and last initials in a framed monogram, with the last initial larger in the center. Mrs. bridal designs feature a last name, wedding year, and couple’s initials.
Which color combinations can I choose?
Each design has its own color combinations. Explore the colorway links on the product page; a color may open a separate product listing with its own price and options. The page shows exactly which combination you are ordering.
Why do some colors open a different product page?
Some designs have their color choices within one product; others list each colorway separately. Choose your colorway first, then add personalization on the selected product page.
Can I see a preview of the finished bag?
When a product includes a personalization preview, follow its instructions to check your design. A text-entry field records your wording; it does not show a finished artwork proof. Contact us if you need help understanding a design before ordering.
Can each bridal-party gift have a different name?
Individual names make a thoughtful gift that can be carried after the celebration. Tell us the number of gifts and your preferred design through the group-gift inquiry page. Individual names can be confirmed when discussing the order.
I need my gifts for an event. What should I do?
Share your event date, preferred arrival date, gift quantity, and delivery country or region before ordering. We can discuss whether the requested timing is feasible for the selected products. An inquiry does not reserve a delivery date.
What if I notice a mistake after ordering?
Contact us with your order number and the correction you need. Whether a change is possible depends on the order stage; please do not assume a submitted personalization can still be changed.
